We are a growing and dynamic HR Consultancy with a significant client base. We offer retained HR support services and undertake bespoke projects. We continue to grow and as a result we are looking to recruit an HR Assistant. If are ready to take your first step into HR consultancy this is a great opportunity. You will need some administrative experience, be proficient with Office 365 and have good communication skills so that you can work with your colleagues and clients. We are all working from home and expect that to be the norm for some time, blended with visits to clients and our office in Glasgow from time to time
This position offers variety and a range of experiences working on all types of commissions from recruitment to restructure; culture change to contracts of employment; wellbeing initiatives to TUPE transfers. The work is varied, interesting and busy. You will be fully supported by members of the team attend daily team meetings. With support and training you will learn the ropes and very quickly be contributing productively to the business.
