The Art of Giving

A unique take on supporting the mental health of your team

As we find ourselves back in lockdown, back to home schooling, working at home and countless zoom meetings, our mental wellbeing and resilience continues to be tested. As employers we need to protect and care for our own mental health and wellbeing as well as our teams.

Never before have we had to think so creatively and imaginatively to reach out to our team members, employees and colleagues and connect in different ways
In our latest webinar we discussed what new and imaginative ways we can connect with others.

Jane Fletcher from the Art of Giving Community Interest Company, joined me. She produces art in the form of words and imagery which helps to boost morale, support mental health and bring people together. For example, Jane has been producing motivational art posters for NHS Staff and other Key Workers during Covid and they’re fantastic.

Jane and I discussed the premise behind the business and how the power of art can be instrumental in supporting promoting positive mental health in organisations and businesses. We will share practical ideas of how you can implement this with your team.

The webinar will focus on the following areas:

  • Connecting with people using Art
  • How to focus on the positives
  • How to involve your team
  • Benefits for your business and community
