Incorporated in 2005 by Margery McBain, the gap she saw in the marketplace was the need for an HR team that was large and experienced enough to manage extensive and ongoing HR projects, while also being accessible to small and medium sized businesses who required ongoing or project support.
We believe what sets us apart from other HR companies is our understanding and experience of the commercial drivers of a business and our ability to act as an extension of your team.
