At Gravitate HR we recognise how difficult and often stressful it can be to work in HR, after all, between us here we have 104 years of experience! There are often complex people issues to navigate, sensitive situations like disciplinary actions and terminations to deal with, challenging conflicts, absence management and keeping on top of everchanging employment legislation.
Working in HR can also be lonely at times especially if you are in a standalone HR role or even if it's just a part of your job because of the need for confidentiality. With that in mind, we aim to foster a close-knit community you can be a part of. You will be able to share your knowledge and experiences, enhance your skills and build confidence in areas you may not have previously encountered like TUPE, change management and settlement agreements.
