How To Have Good Conversations With Your Team In Challenging Times

The impact of COVID-19 has had a negative impact on people’s health and wellbeing. With the prospect of social distancing and restrictions continuing, it is a grim prospect for many.

As business owners and managers, we have a responsibility and duty of care to our employees who are working; not working; and furloughed. We will all have had to and will continue to have to learn new skills, approaches and techniques that are more appropriate for the current challenges and circumstances. One of those will be how to make and manage difficult situations and conversations both at work and at home.

In this webinar I am joined by Ross Grieve from the Wellbeing Team at The Thistle Foundation. They support people living with disabilities, long term conditions or are facing challenging life situations. They share with us their experience and skills in how to have good conversations in challenging circumstances.

Topics covered in the webinar:

  • The ingredients of a good conversation
  • My observations about the current situation

We have put together a free guide about returning to work after furlough which will help you get your staff back to work
